Design and layout of an annual review for Clinton Devon Estates, a large land management organisation in the South West. The publication needed to communicate a broad mix of content – from editorial features to data – in a clear, engaging and accessible way.

I developed a structured, flexible layout system using consistent grids, typography and colour to guide the reader. The design balances text and imagery to maintain interest across longer sections, while ensuring clarity and ease of navigation.

The result is a considered, well-organised publication that presents complex information in a readable and visually engaging format, supporting both communication and audience engagement.
